All I can say is what a fantastic realtor. As a first time homebuyer, like most I was nervous and overwhelmed. Jeremy was patience and went at my pace, going as fast or slow as I wanted. Jeremy was there night and day, week day and weekend to answer any questions I had. Trust me there was a lot lol. As I soon learned there are a lot of "snakes in the grass" realtors out there. Jeremy was a big help on getting our ready to be sold- he came over to house and walked us through what needed to be done to be ready for the listing. He followed it up with a detailed checklist to keep us organized and on task. When we were ready, he came over with his photographer and handled everything and had the property listed in a few days. Within an hour, we had multiple showings setup for that night and the next day. Within a day, we had multiple offers and we accepted a contract that was over listing price. He communicated with us up until the house was closed/funded. He made the whole complicated process very smooth and easy for us. I would recomend Jeremy to anyone looking to sell their house, or even just to start the process. We went back and forth for almost 2 years before my family was ready to actually begin the process.
