Jeremy was a fantastic agent. We had multiple complications arise trying to buy our dream home, from inspection issues, finance issues and more. Jeremy kept all the parties in-line, arranged alternatives to get us all to the closing on time and happy. It was a difficult purchase to even attempt and he made it happen in the end. Our sale and subsequent purchase was tricky. We needed the sale to coincide with our offer, so we could avoid having a "sale" contingency as part of our offer. In this market that eliminates any chance of winning a bid. So with that in mind, Jeremy put the house up as "coming" on Tuesday, had 2 open houses over the weekend and a purchase and sales agreement signed by Tuesday the next week, all with a strong buyer who met our requirements and our price point. With that in hand we went into a competitive environment for the one house we wanted, and what we suspected was a home that would easily get 5-10 legitimate offers. It took 5 days, but strategizing and working with the sellers agent we won. We think we got a fair price, but most importantly won the deal with a home that had we lost, we'd have been crushed. Beyond that, which is the big picture, Jeremy was available day and night, responded quickly and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We never felt he was a step behind. He was responsible, aware of any pitfalls and got us through them, some of which he made us aware and some of which we think he got us through, and never us even knowing. Jeremy also works with partners that are first class. The title company/law firm he works with was excellent, and he referred us to a mortgage company that was phenomenal to work with. We closed today on our house purchase, finished our house sale a few weeks ago, and would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone seeking to sell and buy. We are tough clients, and Jeremy navigated and handled our situation with class, determination, and handholding, when we needed it. Highly recommend.
