Jeremiah’s knowledge of real estate is seriously impressive. The way he easily breaks down and explains situations is going to stay with us for every. We can’t stress how easy and seamless of an experience this was. Can’t wait to work together again in the future. What a mensch. Thanks Jerry!

Jeremiah was a gift from God. He went above and beyond making a stressful experience wonderful. His market knowledge and experience really showed through. Professional, competent and a real pleasure to work with. Top real estate agent, high end!

JERRY FOREVER Jerry is absolutely amazing! We’ve bought and sold twice with him, and we would never choose anyone else to work with. He is a strong negotiator and deals with everyone patiently and fairly. He has a strong understanding of what is happening in the market at all times and is a valuable guide when it comes to making offers that will be accepted and setting a sale price that will get you top dollar. We appreciated his willingness to take time explaining things in detail so we always felt in the loop, and he never took more than a couple of hours to respond to calls or texts. He is truly a family man who cares about his clients. Our kids even have great memories from our times house hunting with him. Truly, I can’t say enough good things. Work with Jerry!

I got to meet Randy Thomas first. That extra 40 mins of conversation lead to meeting Jerry Patterson. Jerry is humble, passionate and very, very understanding of what we were looking for. He is excellent person to work with. It did not matter what our budget was, if we wanted to see a property he showed us the property. He offered his expertise and we asked him to please speak freely in the pros and cons of each place that we walked. Jerry is very knowledgeable and I recommend if you're a first time home buyers go to Jerry for help when looking for property. He knows his stuff and he walked us throughout the whole buying process from begining to the end. When we didn't know what to expect Jerry educated us about each step. The Cornerstone team is top of the top. Ask me and I will tell you this team gets it done💯! Happy Holidays from the Taylor's. Thanks

Over the six years, I have seen Jerry grow as a professional realtor firsthand. As Jerrys Broker, I can say he is not only ethical but one of the hardest working agents in our market. You would be well served when either buying or selling a home with his guidance.

I have worked on and off for awhile now with Jerry; he was instrumental in helping me purchase my condo. If I ever need anything he is quick to respond

Did a great job. He was easy to get a hold of and work with. We would highly recommend him.

Jerry knew exactly what we wanted because he listened. He listened to every little detail and served our every need. He is an incredible guy and an even better realtor! 10/10👏🏻🙏🏼

He helped to close a very two site property on the same day. It took a lot of resource to do this. I was very appreciated.

Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with in every type of situation as he has an abundant arsenal of resources to get the job done in the most efficient and professional manner. Jerry truly does his best in keeping both the buyer and seller happy and never seizes to amaze.

We can not say enough great things about Jerry. Having seen my brother go through the home buying process a few months earlier, we knew exactly what we didn't want. My brother stressed and struggled so much with his agent. We were fortunate enough to find Jerry when it was our turn to buy. This was our first time buying a home, so we had many questions. From the beginning, Jerry was very patient and explained everything in a way we would understand. He kept constant communication during the process and kept us in the loop. While we did hit some bumps with the sellers, Jerry always remained clam and positive which trickled down to us. He was always so professional. We bought during a tough buyers market, but because of Jerry's negotiation skills, creativity, professionalism and real estate experience we got a beautiful home for our family to grow up in. He's simply the best! If we are ever in a position to buy another home, we will no doubt be contacting Jerry again. We would recommend him and his team to anyone!
