His communication was wonderful before, during, and after the deal closed and he even came to my signing of the final paperwork to make sure everything was in order. I cannot praise him enough for all that he helped me with. I had to sell my brothers house in CA due to his sudden massive stroke in which he is now in a nursing home. I live in Indiana.
