His communication was wonderful before, during, and after the deal closed and he even came to my signing of the final paperwork to make sure everything was in order. I cannot praise him enough for all that he helped me with. I had to sell my brothers house in CA due to his sudden massive stroke in which he is now in a nursing home. I live in Indiana. Jerry recently helped me sell a home (during a very choppy real estate season). He was professional and prompt throughout the entire process. After consideration, Jerry and his team decided to do FOUR open houses. (I thought this was overkill but sure enough, my dream buyer found my home on the fourth open house).
