Couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. He helped me find what I wanted and spent a lot of time showing me different houses. He was able to explain every step of the process to me and he gave good suggestions on what I should and shouldn't do while going through this process. Very experienced and knowledgeable.

First time selling a home. I had absolutely no reference as to what was ahead. Jens took care of everything, and I do mean everything! I am a single person and the level of trust I felt with Jens is hard to put into words. He very quickly became someone I depended on, not just for referrals for work that needed to be done, but in tying up loose ends that were/are unimaginable to me. The list of "favors" is endless! From doing some repairs himself to making sure my pipes didn't freeze, prior to closing, when we had an unexpected cold snap and I was already settled in a new place. He was able to sell my house far above what I had initially told him I would like to get. I went along with it just to see. I'm still blown away he was able to pull it off. I live in Columbia, SC. Myself and two relatives, who live in a different state inherited a house from my mother in Lumberton, NC.
