We closed and recorded right on time, moved in and have enjoyed new home ownership ever since. She knows not only where new houses are coming up and where older houses are available, but how those neighborhoods are changing due to construction or shifting populations, so she can give advice about places that can expect more development or that lie in sleepy, well-established suburbs. She understands the intricacies of mortgage loans, can explain why banks might or might not approve a loan for a given house, and has a keen eye for navigating lock-ins and disclosures to make sure that buyers get the best possible mortgage rates. Though home-buying is a stressful process and one filled with questions and concerns, Jenny helped us to navigate all of that seamlessly. We couldn't have made it through the process without her and her special knowledge.
