Wouldn't Choose Anybody Except Jenny!

This is our second time with Jenny as our agent, this time for a home purchase, as well as selling ours. Jenny is always friendly and was determined to find a perfect home for us. She listened to our needs as expecting parents with an active family, and she went above and beyond to find us a home that we see ourselves being in for a long time! As always, Jenny was very knowledgeable about market conditions, and answered every single question we had. She truly cared about our situation and what we were looking for. She's always punctual, and always gave a thoughtful and quick response to any question we had, as well in day-to-day correspondence. With our home sale, she knew how to price our home to get it sold. In the current market, comparable homes around the price point we sold at seemed to be listed for a long time. The market cooled off very quickly with rate hikes, and Jenny recognized this. Only a week after listing, we were reviewing multiple offers. Jenny even brought over a TON of staging items to help our home show better, and our home looked great when it came time for showings! Honestly, it looked way better than any point when we lived there, haha!
