Jennifer was an excellent negotiator, followed our speed to move quickly in both the selling of our old home and buying of new home to accommodate our timeline, she was very quick but thorough in preparing counter offers answering questions, etc.

As a single woman that was thrown into the deep end of a mid-life crisis, I needed a real estate agent that was more than a representative for the sale of my parents’ home in a declining housing market that is on life support. I needed someone to help me shoulder the emotional burden that came with dealing with the death of one parent, the caregiving of the other who seemed to decline overnight with dementia, and offloading a home full of great memories and decades of quirky “improvements”. Jesse is a very capable handyman and could intuit the purpose of some of my father’s projects where others could not. When the buyer’s inspector could not locate the sewer clean out line after a couple of hours, Jesse went to help and had located ten minutes. In short, they are expert real estate agents, well-connected and professional. They were able to sell my home after two other agents had not and they were never demanding or pushy with their recommendations and always offered to physically help with any task that needed doing. I can’t recommend them enough! You would be very blessed getting these two on your team.

Very happy with Jennifer and Jesse! They were very knowledgeable about our area and did a great job marketing our house, and got creative. We were always on the same page with the listing price and they knew what the right moves were to make our house more attractive than others. We sold in half the amount of time the average home sells right now and I thank them for that. We needed to sell to avoid two mortgages and we did just that, in the nick of time. Highly reccomend.

Jen was great. She got beautiful photos of the home and started off with a great lookin listing. When issues came up, both Jen and her husband Jesse were extra willing to help which was vital because we had moved out of the area before selling. Jesse help fix small things around the house and even helped watering the lawn a little when we had sprinkler trouble. They were constantly willing to go the extra mile to get our home sold and I appreciate everything they did for us.
