We had to sell due to an unfortunate situation in a housing market that is a hot mess. Jen came in and took all the details that felt way above my head and made them easier to understand. She is based in Ithaca and we were selling in Cortland, so she took time to research the properties around us that were for sale or had recently sold in order to guide us in our decisions. As someone with OCD and other anxiety issues, working with Jen put me at ease.
