With Jen's market expertise, my initial offer was structured perfectly for an acceptance.

Where do I begin? Back in Jnauary, I began looking at homes in the Cortland area- anxious to move to help my family. A realtor at a showing suggested I should seek out a buyer's agent to represent my interests. I am positive that their guidance led me to Jen Whelan quite by accident but a perfect fit! Jen regularly sent new listings or current listing that fit my wish list: area, price, condition, and was always flexible and able to arrange a walk through or meet me at a time that was convenient! We found the house that fit most of my requirements and she guiding me through the purchase offer. It had been 30 years since my last home purchase and much has changed!!!! I was skeptical about many of the components but trusted her and she did it! She nailed it and I got the house! That was the easy part!
