I like Jen’s clear communications, organization, knowledge, and customer service (personally think it’s not so easy to find in the US). As a first time home buyer, the information packet from Jen was very helpful to understand the house buying process, overall timeline, actions needed, and what to keep in mind after moving in. She came prepared for the open houses, remembered our preferences, and would give recommendations to how we can turn the house to what we want. Towards the end, we are especially thankful for her to be there to followup throughout the back-and-forth communications with the builder, and bring up questions we didn’t think about. It felt like we were working with a friend, not just an agent for our house buying experience. Definitely recommending Jen!
