Great job in preparing for sale

From down the street Jen started by reviewing with us the market, the necessary preparations and the actions necessary with us. Because of health issues our daughter had to represent us in moving out and clearing the house. She also managed to include pictures of the front garden in summer and a winter picture. She helped us reduce the painting and repairs necessary for a good sale. Jen priced the House so that we had offers when the house was first shown. The effective presentation and marketing at the open house resulted in an offer $30,000 above our asking price. A rapid settlement and as-is agreement which she negotiated were very important to us She handled the settlement details so well that we had no problems and had our proceeds in our bank on the day of settlement. She was more a good neighbor and friend than an agent at all times. Overall we had the best possible outcome of our need to rapidly sell the house.
