Just closed on my first home with Jen Ward, and I 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. I was a first-time homebuyer, so to be fair I haven’t worked with anyone else, but based on the interactions I had with other realtors she seems like a unicorn. She’s very data and information driven, which I love. She’s about empowering you with the info to make the best decisions yourself, is very very good at spotting potential structural/mechanical issues with the home during walkthroughs, and everyone she recommended for other steps of the process (lender, title company, inspector, homeowner’s insurance, etc) has also been fantastic. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with, from looking at any home to raising my budget limit, etc. At every step of the way she’s gone above and beyond and truly seems to be in the business for the enjoyment of helping people.
