Jen Ward was our realtor for the purchase and sale of our first home. Being a first time home buyer can be extremely overwhelming, but Jen walked us through every detail of the process. She is extremely organized and responsive; keeping a spreadsheet of our ‘must do’s’ with dates and details as needed. Jen is very knowledgeable of what to look for in a home, but listens closely to her clients to find the perfect fit. We were new to the east coast (and Baltimore area) and she spent a lot of time with us to help narrow down neighborhoods and learn what was important to us. Jen also stepped up to the challenge of taking on new home buyers who are constantly on the road. She kept track of all of our deadlines, provided great recommendations for quick/reliable inspections and repairs, and was by our side through every up and down in the buying and selling process.
