I haven't used a realtor in a long time and Jennifer was wonderful. She kept my husband and I updated on the entire process as well as answering all of my questions ( a lot of them). Jennifer is a wonderful realtor. I was a first-time homebuyer. I would most certainly use her again. n nI decided that I needed to buy a home; because, i was getting older. It was something that I procrastinated in doing for a long while just because of the red tape that I didn't want to go thru. But, she made the first-time home buying process easy for me and I appreciated it. n nShe wanted to know what type of home that i was interested in. And, i told her that i wanted a home that i could fix up. Not only did she find the home that i bought; but, she had recommendations that i could contact and use that are reputable and competitive in their pricing. n nI was impressed by the knowledge that she had. She had the vision of what i was looking for. She had the creativity in looking at the home from the perspective of a finished product. She was able to give me advice in what the buyers demand was; that given me a direction in what to do that could do to add value to the home. I could tell that she was working in a profession that she loved and the vision and creativity that she had confirmed it. n nThe lender that she recommended made the process easy for me as well. She had a house warming gift for me on the day of the closing which I felt was very thoughtful. n nI enjoy living in my home and I Thank her for it. She is very professional and I would recommend her to everyone.
This was my second time to work with Jennifer. She helped me with the purchase of my very first home in 2010, and she was just as knowledgable about the market, as great at communicating, and as pleasurable to work with then as she was the second time I worked with her. She's very quick to respond, and she's the face you want representing you and your property as she herself always looks very well kept and professional. I feel she's very trustworthy, and I felt as though she worked for me and not for herself. She's well known in her community, and therefore, is able to make trusted recommendations and provide any buyer or seller with a bounty of information during what would usually be such a stressful time. I would recommend her to my family and friends, and I would definitely work with her again!
Jennifer is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond! She is very proactive and stays on top of everything. She previewed homes for us while we were still living out of state, took family members to view homes for us and ultimately found the perfect home in a great neighborhood for us. She also has an amazing eye for design and will be doing the remodel on our kitchen. If you are looking for a home in the Shreveport/Bossier area, you definitely need to give her a call!
