From our first meeting to the very last day Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable and the best at answering every question. Jennifer came to our first meeting with comps for Shreveport and our small neighborhood. We had a really bad experience with our last real estate sale and purchase and we were a really hard sale. Jennifer won our business with her enthusiasm and unique ideas for our house. Jennifer taught us how to prepare our house for the market, explained which changes were worth the effort and what would really make our house be a standout. She checked in on us as we prepared the house and was a great cheerleader for our efforts. When listing day came we were inundated with showings and again Jennifer helped us develop a routine that made the cleaning and preparation lots easier. Our home was shown over 20 times and after every showing Jennifer checked in to let us know how it had gone. As offers came in Jennifer was prompt in getting them to us and great at explaining each detail. After we had decided that we were ready to accept an offer, Jennifer again knew when and how each step should be done. Even to the point of calling a government office when they were moving slowly.
