I have worked with Jennifer Vo since 2018. She managed my property in Fort Walton Beach as a rental for 7 years and then acted as the sales agent, when I decided to sell. She did this, while I lived in another state. Her service was always fantastic. While the home was a rental, she always found suitable tenants in a timely manner, responded to repairs and maintenance issues quickly, and was very easy to communicate with. When it came time to sell, she provided a detailed valuation of the property, as well as made the property suitable for showings. Upon receiving an offer and after a professional inspection, she made the necessary repairs happen quickly to alleviate the buyer’s concerns and meet a short deadline for closing.
