Very rarely, in these days of mediocrity, does one run across someone that not only does their job to completion but goes above and beyond and adds extra touches that makes ya say WOW. That is what Jennifer does. Without my writing a novel, I will say that my house was listed with a broker who showed it over a dozen times at the peak of the selling season. I never even received an offer or communication from the realtor. I had to call the showing realtors myself and got reasons like the price was set too high, it needs a lot of work, and it's outdated for the price. My realtor was trying to sell the house on the square footage alone. Discouraged, I took it off the market. I pondered dropping the price. I saw Jennifer's cute billboard, loved it, and caller her. I was gun-shy after my last experience, but Jennifer was so professional and explained so many things that the first realtor never touched on.
