I first met Jennifer Tremaine many years ago. Her dear Mother managed a shopping mall where my family owned several stores. Not being familiar with realtors in the Fenton area I started to research via the internet and a newspaper article on local real estate and data in regards to sales, days on market, inventory, etc. From my review I concluded that Tremaine Realty had some of the best stats in regards to these criteria. I messaged them and within minutes I had an enthusiastic reply from Jennifer Tremaine in regards to my property and after a few minutes talking with her I knew I made the right choice. Jennifer Tremaine was very optimistic even prior to seeing the property. We made an appointment for Saturday morning and she was even more enthusiastic about my property. Jennifer Tremaine discussed listing price and her figures were substantially higher than what I thought property was worth. We went with her estimate of value and she said she would be back Monday to put up a sign. that same Saturday afternoon I was contacted be another realtor in her office and had someone that wanted to "look" at the property. I showed them the property and figured that it was at least a good sign.....a few hours later I had an offer and ultimately sold the property and closed without issue. Jennifer Tremaine acted as my POA as I was now working out of town and transaction was closed and funds disbursed without requiring me to return to sign documents. She also took care of other issues around the house and yard to alleviate my concerns for additional returns to follow-up on issues. Great job JENNIFER TREMAINE!

We chose Jennifer Tremaine as our our realtor for the second time when we had to to sell my Mother's home after she passed. We had used Jennifer previously in selling our old house after a year of trying to sell it by owner. She coached us then and helped us get it sold in approximately a month.
