This was our first time purchasing a home, and we really had no idea where to begin. We began looking at several homes and realized we needed some help. Jennifer began by asking us questions about what we wanted and where we wanted it. We love Little Rock and really wanted to be in a certain area for work purposes. She immediately started the hunt for our dream home. She contacted us everyday with updates, and sent us links to potential homes. Once we had toured several homes, we found the perfect one in our desired neighborhood. The home needed some work and she started the negotiation process with that in mind. She kept us updated through the entire process and never left us in the dark. Jennifer made sure we were comfortable with every decision made, since we were first time home buyers we were still very nervous about this huge investment. What we thought would be a long drawn out process, ended three to four weeks later when we closed on our home and started the renovation process. We love our home, and we can't thank Jennifer enough for making our dream become a reality.
