I haven’t had to buy a home in 40 years and things have changed so much. Jenny ran all over Florida looking at homes for me. She drove her Grandmother to Ohio and called me from Atlanta saying she would be at three homes hours from her home the next day for me. She showed me several properties and then walked me through the entire process right through the closing. Once I picked a home she was there for the inspection and helped coordinate all the companies I needed for the inspection. After the closing she gave me every contact I would need to contact for all repairs, electric and water companies. I have already asked her to look at additional properties and will not ever use another agent in Florida. She has gone so far as offering her sons to help me with renovations and her husband is a contractor and she offered his help as well.
