Consistently meets client expectations for property purchase price.
She always explained every step of the process, communicated the next steps, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process of buying our home. I would recommend Jenny to anyone looking to buy a home 🏡 or sell. 10/10, and I'll only use her for future projects.
Jennifer went above and beyond for us. This was our first home purchase and she made sure we knew what to expect and walked us through the process seamlessly! She is an excellent communicator and fought for us to get the best deal. We are so thankful that we used her and will be using her again in the future! Highly recommend!
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Jennifer Standifer! She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and was always so patient, understanding, and helpful. Since we were purchasing a home in Florida from out of state, we relied on her tremendously. She took the time to visit homes for us, answer our questions, and help us narrow down our choices. When we came to Florida, she dedicated an entire weekend to showing us homes and making sure we had the time we needed to feel confident in our decision. Jennifer never made us feel rushed or pressured. She gave us the time to think things through, revisit our top choices, and make sure we were making the right decision for us. She also offered great suggestions on how we could make each home fit our personal preferences and lifestyle. She helped us negotiate our offer and guided us through the process with patience and care. Buying a home from a distance can be stressful, but Jennifer made the entire experience so much easier and helped us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. We are so grateful for all the time, effort, and genuine care she put into helping us find our home. Jennifer truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about helping them find the right home!
Jenny rocks! She's the only realtor that I'll use.
This was the third dealing that I've had with Jenny, she is by far the best and most responsive realtor that I've ever dealt with. I look forward to continued business with her. I won't go thru anyone else.
I think Jennifer never sleeps! Anytime we had a question day or night. She had an answer within 10 minutes. Her communication style was exceptional. We had a very difficult time finding the right home, but Jennifer made this process efficient and effective. We were very successful in our negotiation as a result of Jennifer‘s knowledge of the area and of the market at the time we were looking for a home. Jennifer knows the area and is very good at listening to her customers needs. All aspects of the real estate process were quite painless as a result of Jennifer‘s knowledge and delivery. Thanks to Jennifer were very happy in our new home.
