The first time that I spoke with her over the phone, she was very polite, well spoken & exuberant while introducing herself to me. She was very professional in asking the questions that was needed to know what I was planning to do for a new home. She listened to everything I said intently and asked me a question that change everything for me. I planned on renting a home for a year and buy one next year. She asked, "Why not buy now & have your own instead of paying for someone else's, pay yourself and it's yours no one can make you move". She made me really think about it more than I had, due to not disbelief and not being financially fit that I would even qualify to purchase my own home. With her positivity, drive and determination she convinced me to try and we did. There was curve balls thrown at us, she stayed the course lifted up my spirits to keep me positive in the process and to not give up. I went thru some medical issues while working with her and at times I was hospitalized, she called, texted, laughed and cried with me. That spoke volumes of her character. My experience with Jennifer was flawless and easy. She had my house under contract in the first week and unfortunately the buyers had to back out. I was beyond stressed out as closing on my new house was quickly approaching and had no buyers in sight.
