Jennifer Shoemaker is hands-down the best realtor around! Recently we completed the sale of the second house she has sold for our family and again she knocked it out of the park! Our house was under contract within one week of the initial meeting with Jennifer to start the selling process and it never even went on the market! Jennifer and her assistant, Nikki, were wonderful to work with. They were very transparent and honest with everything they did and were always absolutely willing to explain anything we weren't sure about. We also had some personal issues between us, and they navigated everything so well. I would love to work with them again. The only thing I wish was different was the timing. They both seemed very busy personally and we could have benefited a bit more with a more work dedicated team. However, I don't regret working with them at all!

I went thru some medical issues while working with her and at times I was hospitalized, she called, texted, laughed and cried with me. That spoke volumes of her character.
