Jennifer Sheldon with Re/Max Alliance provided the best real estate transaction experience I have had -- a total of five. I had recently retired and intended to move within two years. She was keeping a very close eye on the housing market and gently pushed me to get my home sold sooner rather than later. If I had said “no”, I have no doubt she would have let it go for the time…and kept in touch. Her manner and demonstrated knowledge of the real estate environment led me to have a high level of trust in her. Jennifer helped work through what I did and did not need to do get the job done balancing the least amount of effort on my part with the best outcome possible for me. She took a load of furniture and boxes to the thrift store and offered to help with whatever else I needed. The end of my story is that due to Jennifer, I got a good return on the deal and had a very pleasant experience.

We made a risky real estate decision to go under contract out of state while waiving the sales contingency on our home. We had 3 weeks to list our home, go under contract and finalize the sale. She accepted the challenge and did a phenomenal job. We never had to ask for an update, she checked in often, even to offer a helping hand, and she even came over and helped pick up toys and tidy before the appraiser arrived. We have a toddler so keeping a home tidy is a monumental task. I just wish we had met her sooner for the purchase of our other home. Right before we left the state, she came with a going away/ housewarming gift. I have zero negative words. Just hire Jenn. She'll get the job done.

Where do I begin. I transferred from Louisville KY to Denver CO and I had no idea where to start. My realtor in KY got me in touch with Jennifer Sheldon from Remax. That's how comfortable she made us feel. But most importantly, us not really knowing the realtor business, Jennifer made sure we didn't make any negative decisions. Without Jennifer, I don't know what kind of home my family and I would've ended up purchasing. She's truly an amazing person as well as the BEST realtor in COLORADO!

Jennifer listens to what you want in a new home. She's very knowledgeable and can guide you in the right direction to make that purchase. Jen went above and beyond her call of duty to help us out with our first home. She made the while process seamless and easy, making it a very enjoyable experience.
