I will never forget the kindness along with professionalism that Jennifer showed my son on his first home purchase. I had contacted one other agent via email, no response. I called the same agent and there was no enthusiasm or effort ....surely due to his limited budget. He also had one other agent that had planned to meet him at a home for a showing... this agent never showed up and when contacted had just forgot about it. Jennifer's actions were first class to a nervous young buyer. It's been two years and we both discuss it often.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job in our house search. We moved to Ponte Vedra Beach from New Jersey in August of 2015 and of course the market is very different here. Jennifer took the time to reach out to me via phone prior to us relocating to find out about our family and our needs. She helped us learn about the market, schools and various developments in the area. She was very patient and took us on many house tours. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision, but felt that she provided the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision on whether the properties would be right for our family. Once we found the home of our dreams she was right by our side through contract negotiations and our closing. We could not have found the perfect house and gotten through to closing without her expertise. We love our new house and new lifestyle here in Florida and Jennifer was a key part. She is a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Jennifer is the BEST!! We couldn't be more happy with her and with her guidance, knowledge, and patience throughout the home buying process. Jennifer was the perfect match for our family. And we found the PERFECT home too very quickly. We couldn't be happier. We also sold our existing house through Jennifer and she was fantastic.
