Jennifer was great to work with - highly knowledgeable, congenial and easy to work with, and perceptive as to the local market, trends, our preferences and various considerations. We were from out of state and building a new home - she insured all the various parties involved were on top of things and communicating - whether it was getting the sales agreement done, selecting options with the builder, monitoring construction progress, financing, inspections, etc. She lined us up with a very competent home inspection firm that did inspections at the various milestones of construction, closing and at our 1-year warranty point.
