This was by far the easiest experience I've ever had making a purchase. It being the first time ive ever purchased a property it would be an understatement to say I was nervous. Jennifer Serrano made me feel comfortable and since she was born and raised in tampa it made it easy for her to point out all the qualities of the properties we looked at. Her listening skills and understanding of the market made finding the right home for me and my family a breeze. I've already recommended her to all my friends and family. She will forever be my first call should I ever get back in the market.

When I first came to Jennifer and told her I wanted to buy a home, she was quick to help! Immediately, she pulled her network over to help me out. She was great at listening to my needs and wants in my first home. Whenever we looked at a house, she would be knowledgeable about the property. When I found a home I wanted, she worked with me to ensure we got it at the right price. Day and night, she was always attentive and highly communicative. Overall, great real estate agent with an extraordinary personality.

Jennifer was a wonderful agent for myself and my husband! She was very patient and informative for us as first time buyers (even when we changed our minds 100 times). Very responsive, punctual, and easy to get along with. If she didn’t know the answer to our question she knew where to find it. She was also EXTREMELY helpful when the title company was more than a little frustrating. Definitely would recommend!
