Jen was a wonderful, nice, empathetic, helpful, agent. She didn't rush me when looking at houses, kept me informed, answered my "dumb" questions, was patient, caring & generous. I'm so glad I decided to choose her to be my agent when I came across her at an open house. She was always prompt to respond. Can't imagine working with anyone else.
