When I started my search in Annapolis I reached out online and was paired with Jen. We bonded immediately upon meeting and after a period of time looking, she persevered to find out why the house I was interested in was off the market. The first day it came back on the market she arranged for me to be the first appointment and I put an offer in before leaving the property. I do not even know where to start with how wonderful it was being represented by Jen Schaub. Bottom line, up front: I cannot recommend her enough and suggest you stop your search here and call her. We were first-time homebuyers looking to buy in a new city. We started visiting open houses to get an idea of what was out there and to see what neighborhoods we liked when we met Jen. We enjoyed our chat with her and told her we were just beginning to explore the idea of buying. Regardless, Jen offered to show us around anytime we wanted with absolutely no obligation or pressure. When we could find a free weekend to make the drive, Jen would happily show us homes on our wishlist and made suggestions for ones she thought we would like to see. She educated us on the neighborhoods and amenities and answered all of our questions. Again, she did all of this never once pressuring us to speed up our buying process or throw in a hasty offer. This continued for MONTHS with nothing but patience and kindness from her. When the time finally came to start offering, we had our heart set on one neighborhood that we absolutely did not think we could afford to get into. Jen found us an amazing opportunity to get into the neighborhood and was determined to help us win! Ultimately, after significant back and forth with the sellers, our offer was accepted at an absolutely amazing price - all thanks to Jen's tireless efforts. I cannot recommend working with her enough. She was patient, communicative, honest, and absolutely relentless in representing us to the best of her abilities. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and happy to speak with us anytime to help calm our anxieties and understand the intricacies of home-buying.
