A complicated process made easy by someone who became a friend.

I first contacted Jennifer about 4 and a half years ago while visiting the area for my grandsons birthday. I was planning on retiring and thought the Vancouver Washington area would suit me. I had looked at some places online and my girlfriend and I drove from Portland where my son and his family had moved to explore. The first place we looked at was Ellsworth on the Park complex. I loved it. There was a phone number on the site that turned out to be Jennifer's. I was still in planning stages and putting together finances and trying to see what I could afford. I chatted with her about different options and she was so helpful. I made a couple of more trips to the area and she showed me some properties but I still had Ellsworth on my mind. A unit came on the market in June of 2019 and I called and asked her to put an offer on the unit for the asking price. After appraisal she was able to get the price down $8k. She connected me with a finance company and helped set me up with all the things necessary to make the purchase from the Bay Area. She is a great professional and person who cares and I would recommend her highly.
