We were going to buy a place on our own, but met Jenny while she showed us another house we had been interested in. We loved her enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of the area, and we agreed to work with her directly. Houses back in Mar/Apr 2021 were going fast, as in 2-3 days of listing. We missed on a few. Then in late April while on vacation, (when we weren't supposed to be looking), I found an interesting house in Vancouver. I texted Jenny on a Friday, we came home on Saturday, looked at the house (now our home) on Sunday, made an offer on Monday, and came to terms on Tuesday. Boom! We explained our needs and time constraints, and she was able to execute a plan that would get our house sold. I first contacted Jennifer about 4 and a half years ago while visiting the area for my grandsons birthday. I was planning on retiring and thought the Vancouver Washington area would suit me. I had looked at some places online and my girlfriend and I drove from Portland where my son and his family had moved to explore. The first place we looked at was Ellsworth on the Park complex. I loved it. There was a phone number on the site that turned out to be Jennifer's. I was still in planning stages and putting together finances and trying to see what I could afford. I chatted with her about different options and she was so helpful. I made a couple of more trips to the area and she showed me some properties but I still had Ellsworth on my mind. A unit came on the market in June of 2019 and I called and asked her to put an offer on the unit for the asking price. After appraisal she was able to get the price down $8k. She connected me with a finance company and helped set me up with all the things necessary to make the purchase from the Bay Area. She is a great professional and person who cares and I would recommend her highly.
