Finding your next house in the "Couve" while in Cabo on vacation!

We were going to buy a place on our own, but met Jenny while she showed us another house we had been interested in. We loved her enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of the area, and we agreed to work with her directly. Houses back in Mar/Apr 2021 were going fast, as in 2-3 days of listing. We missed on a few. Then in late April while on vacation, (when we weren't supposed to be looking), I found an interesting house in Vancouver. I texted Jenny on a Friday, we came home on Saturday, looked at the house (now our home) on Sunday, made an offer on Monday, and came to terms on Tuesday. Boom!
