There are not enough words to describe Jennifer Sabodish. She is truly a force to be reckoned with. She will go above and beyond for you. Her knowledge of the local areas, Matawan, Aberdeen, Holmdel, Colts Neck are insane. She will tell you where everything is, take you on tours to help decide which location is best for your family and even give you referrals for things you will need, like landscapers and snow removal companies. So I was hyper reluctant to sell my condo, just because of the rigors involved in the process. I was renting it out, so I had intended to keep it as a rental property indefinitely. But I decided to just see what the current value was and I reached out to Jennifer. Wow. I got the most comprehensive amount of info I could have imagined: current market trends, similar homes and what they sold for in the past year, potential fluctuations in the market in the coming year and how certain laws would impact housing prices. It was amazing. All of that with a zero pressure approach to sell. She provided all that info and then left me alone until I came to my own conclusion that the time was finally right to sell it. Once I made that decision and contacted her about selling - It was like strapping myself to a rocket. She took care of everything. Made insightful suggestions on how to set up the condo for viewing, set up prospective buyers, had a whole plan in place to market and advertise. Her whole strategy was prepared right away and I was looking forward to implementing it. However, that was all for naught, because she sold it in about 5 seconds. Literally, the day it went on the market - it sold. That was, unequivocally, because of Jennifer and her preparation before it even went live. This whole process, that I had been dreading for years, could not have been smoother, more efficient or easier. I plan on being buried in the yard of my current home, but if I ever do sell or look to purchase another property, I wouldn't even consider going with another realtor besides Jennifer.
