Jennifer is a real pro. She represented both sides in the transaction with 5 cash bidders to the end. Was fair to both sides even when the seller started to get greedy. She really knows her profession, never met anyone quite like her. Spent all the time needed to answer all you questions and is there even after the close getting referrals for contractors.
