Many realtors will oversell you on the value of your home, and push the comps, which will bite you in the end. Being in the business for so long, Jennifer has a strong understanding of the market and comps which is of great value when you're buying or selling.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to buying a home. There was a very beautiful that I was interested in, and Jennifer went with me to check out the home, instead of Jennifer trying to sell me the home, she pointed out that the foundation on the home was bad, and it need a new roof. Thank goodness Jennifer has understanding of properties.
