Jenn is a professional who knows the area and her job inside and out. We felt completely taken care of when she helped us buy our first home, so we never considered asking anyone else to help us. We sold our home with little effort on our part. Buying our new home was an interesting situation. We saw a home we loved but weren't planning on moving for another few years. We called Jenn, she came over, told us how to get our house ready and staged it. We were under contract with the buyer and with our new home within 7 weeks. A little FYI, Jenn also doubles as a marriage counselor, haha! We had outgrown our home, with the addition of another large rescue dog and a baby. We had so many amazing memories in that home and it was very tough on me to sell it. Jenn was there every step of the way, supporting us, giving advice and even bringing us homemade brownies! She is always available to talk (maybe too available, I don't know when she sleeps!). She TRULY cares about her clients and treats them professionally but cares for them like they are family. We never received less than 100% effort from her. Century 21 is lucky to have her.

Jennifer walked us through an unfortunate situation with such a Grace and made our whole family feel that it was going to be okay with the sale of this home. Jennifer Mayo came highly recommended by good friends of ours, in most cases where I am involved in an unfamiliar process recommendations are critical. Jen was amazing, very quick to answer any concerns we had, just stellar when it came to all aspects of the purchase. Going into the first home purchase me or my wife have been involved in came with a good amount of trepidation as we had both heard horror stories about experiences that our friends and family have had with realtors they had used in the past, we could not be happier with how well Jen walked us through the entire process, we found the perfect house for our price range, which turned out to be a short sale, so it was a little more time intensive than a regular purchase, but Jen was with us the whole way, keeping us in the loop, and following up every question we had. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great realtor.

Jen was honest and straightforward; we never felt deceived or pressured to do something we were uncomfortable with, unlike the other agent we met with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions. Her communications were always timely and responsive, and she was always very polite and respectful.
