Jenn would make herself available any time to answer all our questions. Multiple times, we contacted her after normal business hours and even on the weekends! If she wasn't immediately available, she would let us know when we could expect a call from her. We've had some awful experiences, prior to dealing with Jenn. Not this time! Our house sold within 2 days of being on the market. There was an unavoidable delay with the final closing date, but, Jenn kept in contact with the buyers agent and kept us informed of the progress. She helped us set up a deed package and we didn't even have to be present at closing. Instead, she was there to represent us and handle all the final details. Overall, we were very happy with the end result. Jenn was always right there, working hard for us.
