It was a difficult time due to not only the Covid virus, but because we had lived in our house for 50 years! Jennifer gave us continuous updates, outlined expectations and offered options. When a problem arose, was quick to research choices and discuss with us. We always felt we could check in with her and she was always available. She handled appointments and followed up with results. She helped with contractors and supported communication and access as we had moved from the area. Jennifer was extremely helpful with the documentation and forms required. We would highly recommend her as being enthusiastic, knowledgeable and proactive. She certainly had to be creative as the Covid virus presented unique challenges.
