She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Prior to seeing properties she helped us understand all of the different condo buildings and the potential rental income we might be able to expect. This was the our first condo and the first property we had ever purchased in Florida and she walked us through every step of the process and even helped us find all the professionals we needed (painters, electricians, insurance provider, mortgage broker, etc.) to make our closing and renovations go incredibly smoothly.
