We used the Orns group to purchase a home and really wish wouldn’t have! Our Agent Terra Kipp advised us to use the sellers inspection because it was only one year old and there were several interested buyers. Long story short the roof was in bad shape and the first big storm last spring caused a major leak and destroyed our spare bedroom. The insurance denied our claim and now we are in litigation with them. I posted a negative review on Zillow and Jennifer lied saying that she told us to get a separate review. The Orns group only cares about making a commission and they are very greedy! Our appreciation gift was a cheap flag and when we needed there help they just told us to call a lawyer.
We communicated with Jennifer for about a year prior to finally getting a chance to view properties with her in the Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach areas near Tampa. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Prior to seeing properties she helped us understand all of the different condo buildings and the potential rental income we might be able to expect. This was the our first condo and the first property we had ever purchased in Florida and she walked us through every step of the process and even helped us find all the professionals we needed (painters, electricians, insurance provider, mortgage broker, etc.) to make our closing and renovations go incredibly smoothly. Jennifer helped make our dream come true to own our little piece of paradise on the beach!

After she l helped me to sell my house with tips that brought me clients, I knew she would be the one if I ever needed an Agent . Low and behold the client reneged and I then knew She would sell my house. Without Jennifer, we would not have been able to close on our house. Her wisdom and speed enabled us to win first position and negotiate concessions in this ridiculous market.
