Jennifer was hands down the best realtor my wife and I have worked with. She truly cared about what was best for us and never pushed for us to make offers on properties we saw that we did not love. She was detailed and quick with her communications with us and would make herself available when we had questions or concerns. She always stayed cool, calm and collected even during this Covid situation and some lender issues we encountered. My husband and I started this home-buying journey the way most do, softly searching and poking around on real estate websites. We met Jennifer at an open house in our area when we first started thinking of selling. She knew our area well and we got a good feeling about her so we kept her card. We dragged our feet though so by the time we were committed to selling, the market has slowed down. She was very upfront about it and let us know exactly what was going on, which we really appreciated. She explained the process and lined up contractors to get some of the larger things done we wanted to do to make us more appealing to buyers. She helped us stage the place and took all the pictures, which I think turned out much better than the original listing when we bought the place. She was always available to come by and answer any questions we had. Before our open house, she was there early to help us get the place ready so it showed it's best. We ended up getting multiple offers, and she sat with us to go through the pros and cons of each of them. There were some hiccups initially with the buyer, but she was very supportive of our needs (it was quite stressful for us!) and aggressively worked on our behalf to get the best price. We ended up getting more than we listed for while other places in very close proximity to us sat on the market.
