Spoke to her many months before I decided to list my property. When I finally listed it I did it with Jennifer it was because she was truly interested in my demands and concerns. Many others had told me that the pricing could not happen, but Jennefer sent me information about sales and other statistics about the market. She not only went to work with my demands but got the pricing and quick closing that I wanted! She did what a great agent does and that is she worked for me!
