Jenni McFerron is all about making the real estate transaction painless and seamless. Things you imagine going wrong, don’t. Things that seem like they will be a hassle, aren’t. We moved from South Dakota to Arizona and Jenni worked with our SD agent and title company so our homes closed simultaneously. I thought it would be daunting, but Jenni made it happen. Working with Jenni is a breath of fresh air. She did her research and knows the current housing market and found me the best new build home with a great mortgage rate and all the extra benefits. I couldn’t be happier with my new house! Though the process went by really quickly, I am grateful for Jenni’s continued assistance in answering questions I have as a first time homebuyer. Professional in her field, she found us the house meeting all our bold expectations. Even before it entered the market! And we visited just twice during a couple of weeks because of well prepared plan. She has great professional relations with the wide net of colleagues and related services. In peak season she could find a service for the next day skipping the line. She supported us in all the levels. She is good with all the related documents, checked meticulously, finding any discrepancy. Even after the final process she assisted and advised all the list of actions we should undertake. Helped us in every of them. We relocated from California and could not do everything by oursef. She was a great support. I did not even mention that the process was fun and easy with her proactive approach. We did not believe we could buy a great house in Arizona being in California in just two visits during a couple of weeks. And Jenni quickly and totally understood our criterias of a house. I can say only positive. We definitely would not do all this without her. Highly recommend.
