Jen helped us purchase an investment property, and we were extremely satisfied with her as an agent and would definitely recommend her. A few things we really liked about her: - She was very communicative and kept sending over ideas from different areas, listing sources, and styles/types of homes. We said "no" a lot and Jen was not put off and kept sending us new ideas which ultimately helped us get to a great purchase. -Jen was very knowledgable of home values as well as likely rent pricing. One of the pet peeves we've had with previous agents is they are hesitant to give their opinion on value or say something like "it's worth what you're willing to pay" but Jen had great insights on how competitively certain properties were listed, when we would need to bid aggressively, and when there would be room to negotiate. -Jen's perspective from being an investment property owner herself was invaluable. She was able to guide us on updates/improvements properties would likely need to attract renters, had a great sense for what those would likely cost, and what this would mean from a return perspective on an investment. We would definitely recommend Jen, and in our case of purchasing an investment property, we were very satisfied with her throughout the process and with the end result.
