Very knowledgeable about the real estate market
We had an asking price in mind for the house. Jennifer explain how asking a lower price would generate more interest and higher offers. 21 showings and 6 offers over listing price and over our price. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone trying to sell/buy a house

Absolutely wonderful!
