Jennifer and her team first helped us buy our first home 5 years ago and felt so valued throughout the entire process. We were in our new house within a month! We have kept touch throughout this entire journey and now have begun the process to find our next home and we had no questions who to go with during this period. Jennifer and her team were able to sell my property quicker than expected. She went beyond her duty in order to close out the contract with the buyer. They buyer’s agent was temporarily out of the country so she fulfilled the responsibility of showing the property to the buyer while following the proper protocol. Additionally, her staging team did a wonderful job setting up the home. She used a professional photographer for the pictures, and created a pamphlet for the buyers. I’m sure this was one of the reasons why there were so many interested buyers. I’ll use her services in the future and have made recommendations to family and friends about her.
