Jennifer Mack was definitely everything we wanted and more. I have used an agent to buy or sell a property 13 times in my 77 years, and she is the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. She answered every question quickly and thoroughly. She made suggestions that turned out to be excellent. She understood exactly what I was looking for and didn’t try to persuade me in some other direction. She clearly understood which of my requirements were absolute and which were manageable to work around. She has a good handyman and she arranged for him to get into the place we were buying on the day of closing to paint and replace carpet, so that we could move in as quickly as possible. In everything she did for us, the job was done right. Through the purchase of one house and the sale of another, she remained pleasant and gave us rapid and excellent service. She also continued well after our time with her to give me advice on an issue that had nothing to do with her service. It was an issue with a mistake made by the management of the building in which we were selling a condo. I was thankful for her every day, and I will definitely use her again if I need a real estate agent and will recommend her enthusiastically to anyone I know looking for an agent.
