Jennifer Mack is really the best realtor I've ever met. She's extremely knowledgeable about the area, and it's clear she absolutely loves real estate and knowing about all aspects of her profession, from the micro to the macro, from the nitty gritty of contract negotiations or home inspections to the philosophy of how to set asking price. She cares a lot about what her clients want in a home, and she is extremely responsive and communicative. I know in our last home purchase and home sale, she handled a lot of things that she didn't even bother us with, which we appreciated, but we trusted that she would definitely bring anything we needed to know to our attention. She has a huge roster of people she recommends and works with, and we've been happy with all the ones we've used, from mortgage lender to home stager to radon system installer. She's friendly, enjoyable to work with, funny (I know, not a requirement, but a nice quality in someone you have to work on a potentially stressful deal with!), a straight shooter, and a consummate professional. 100% recommend.
