We were referred to Jen by a Georgia realtor who was not licensed in SC. We were on a fast pace to buy a home since we had just received a contract for our Charleston, WV home. I contacted her on a Sunday around noon and she agreed to start showing us homes on Monday. This was a very short notice for her. By Sunday evening she referred us to listings in the Bluffton area and we selected around 10 homes to visit. We met her Monday around 9 am and started on a tour of the homes. By around 1 pm my wife was very frustrated since we have not found a home that we liked. We went to Wendy's for lunch and during lunch Jen had a home that was above our price range but she figured we could negotiate the price down, The home had only been on the market for 10 days. Jen negotiated the price down we had a contract on the house on Tuesday. Closed on home in mid Dec with no problems.
