We were selling a house while building a new one. Timing was everything. Jen had professional pictures taken of out listing but waited for me to give the ho ahead before activating the listing. She was very professional. When we got a contract 4 days after going on the market she watched out for our interests with the counter offer. The details might have seemed trivial to some but could have cost us money in cosmetic repairs we didn’t need to do. I’d trust her to work with again.

Jen is a great realtor who knows her business and the area of where we were looking to buy a home. Anytime I called her or text her she got back to me within the hour sometimes faster. There were days that I wanted to see more than one home and she hung in there with me and my questions like a trooper, one of the days we were out we seen 7 homes. My husband could only go to see homes on Sunday, so she gave up some Sundays to help as well. After all the searching we finally decided to build a new home. Jen was right on top of things with the builder in negotiating land and home prices until we were right in the budget we wanted to be in. We are going to be living in this cute new community called Hearthstone Lakes and couldn't be happier. We are happy to say that we will be closing on our new home in August. We were referred to Jen by a Georgia realtor who was not licensed in SC. We were on a fast pace to buy a home since we had just received a contract for our Charleston, WV home. I contacted her on a Sunday around noon and she agreed to start showing us homes on Monday. This was a very short notice for her. By Sunday evening she referred us to listings in the Bluffton area and we selected around 10 homes to visit. We met her Monday around 9 am and started on a tour of the homes. By around 1 pm my wife was very frustrated since we have not found a home that we liked. We went to Wendy's for lunch and during lunch Jen had a home that was above our price range but she figured we could negotiate the price down, The home had only been on the market for 10 days. Jen negotiated the price down we had a contract on the house on Tuesday. Closed on home in mid Dec with no problems.
